Eish Taxi — Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of Eish Taxi (the "App"), a mobile game published by The Rufino Group ("we", "us", or "our"). By downloading, installing, or playing the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. The App

Eish Taxi is a free, ad-supported arcade game in which you steer a Mzansi minibus taxi around a grid, pick up commuters, and drop them at the rank for points. The App is provided for your personal entertainment.

2. Licence to Use

We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to download and use the App on devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial use, subject to these Terms and the rules of the Apple App Store.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

- Copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the App;

- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code, except where this restriction is prohibited by law;

- Use cheats, automation, exploits, or modified clients, or otherwise interfere with the App's normal operation or its advertising;

- Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage or impair it.

We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms.

4. Virtual Items and In-Game Currency

The App includes a virtual currency ("stars") and virtual items (such as taxi skins, roof signs, number plates, horns, and themes).

- Stars and items are earned through gameplay and have no real-world monetary value.

- The App contains no real-money purchases. Stars cannot be bought, sold, transferred, or exchanged for cash or anything of value outside the App.

- Virtual items and progress are stored on your device and may be lost permanently if you delete the App, reset your device, or clear the App's data.

- We may adjust, add, or remove virtual items or game features at any time.

5. Advertising

The App is supported by third-party advertising served through Google AdMob. You acknowledge that:

- Ads (including banner, full-screen, and rewarded ads) will be shown during normal use;

- We do not control and are not responsible for the content of third-party ads or any websites, products, or services they link to;

- Your interactions with advertisers are solely between you and the advertiser.

6. Intellectual Property

The App and all of its content — including its name, artwork, characters, sprites, sounds, design, and code — are owned by The Rufino Group or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. Except for the licence granted in Section 2, no rights are transferred to you.

7. Disclaimers

The App is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of bugs, or that it will be compatible with every device.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Rufino Group will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, progress, or virtual items, arising out of or relating to your use of (or inability to use) the App. Because the App is provided free of charge, our total liability to you for any claim relating to the App is limited to the amount you paid for it (which is zero).

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

9. Apple App Store Terms

You acknowledge that these Terms are between you and The Rufino Group, not Apple, and that Apple is not responsible for the App or its content. Apple is, however, a third-party beneficiary of these Terms and may enforce them against you. Your use of the App must also comply with the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions / Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA).

10. Termination

These Terms apply until terminated. Your licence ends automatically if you breach them, and you may end it at any time by deleting the App. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including Sections 4, 6, 7, 8, and 11) will continue to apply.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the South African courts, unless your local consumer-protection law gives you the right to bring proceedings elsewhere.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above shows when they were last revised. Your continued use of the App after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
